Mandarin Orange Cake
1/2 cup oil
1 Yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (11 oz) can of Mandarin oranges (do not drain)
Combine all ingredients. Mix with a mixer for 3 minutes and Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
Frosting
1 (8 ½ oz) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8oz) cool whip
Mix together and spread evenly over cake
