Tuesday's Meal in a Minute recipe comes from Cooking Light's 5 Ingredient Cookbook. It only takes one skillet and that makes clean up easier.
Skillet Ziti and Vegatables
2 cups sun-dried tomato and herb low fat prepared pasta sauce
2 cups water
8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
1 (10 ounce) package fresh stir fry vegetables
3/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
1. Combine pasta sauce and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil.
2. Add in pasta and vegetables; cover and lower heat.
3. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
4. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.
One skillet and 20 minutes later, you have a complete healthy meal.
