LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The State Capitol was dressed in lights Saturday, December 1, for the Capitol lighting ceremony.
A special guest from Easter Seals and THV's Alyse Eady flipped the switch to turn on the capitol lights for the first time this season.
