LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock police has a teen in custody for allegedly trying to rob a man at gunpoint.
Police say the have a 14-year-old male in custody charged with aggravated assautl.
In the police report, it says a man was walking from the parking lot to a building at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department at 10324 I-30 in Little Rock.
The man told police he saw the suspect walking from behind his vehicle towards him with what appeared to be a black semi-automatic handgun. The victim said the suspect told him to stop walking or he will shoot.
The victim says he was walking backwards with his hands up and then he ran into the building. The victim says the suspect walked away towards the light.
