LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Crews continuing to do maintenance to a bridge on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County will require a lane closure this week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The work, located west of the Kerr Exit, will require the eastbound, inside lane of Interstate 40 to be closed on Friday, January 4.
The lane closure will be in effect between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
