NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Lines began forming before one Thursday afternoon for the Justin Bieber concert in Little Rock. Young girls and their parents were lining up in hopes of getting front row seats for the concert as early as 8 a.m. for the 7 p.m. show at the Verizon Arena.
Around 2 p.m., a fan told THV 11 News that she had been in line since 11:30 a.m. with her Bieber doll in tow. Others had traveled from as far as Texas and New York City.
19,000 people were prepared to pack into the arena, and Matt Buhrman took the time to talk to a couple of Beliebers-Lexi and Jaquelyn.
"I wanted to meet him more than anything, and he's really talented," said one of the girls. Both were carrying signs for the event but, they had unfortunately gotten soaked in the rain.
Fans told Buhrman about other things they enjoy about the singer and his concerts.
One woman said her favorite moment was "probably the minute the lights go down, and the screaming begins, and you can't hear a thing."
Another young fan said "he's cute, and he has a good voice, and he's from small town Canada, so we like his story."
A fan named Tyler received the experience of a lifetime. He said he was able to stand in front of Bieber and take a photo with him. Tyler said Bieber even called him a Ladies' Man.
Kindergartener Mya said her favorite song was Beauty and the Beast.
Another singer performing for the night's event is Carly Rae Jepsen, singer of "Call Me Maybe."
The concert was sold out with 15,025 people in attendance.
