PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - A 16-year-old, who allegedly killed a man in Pine Bluff will not go to trial as an adult.
The Pine Bluff Police Department said the teen has yet to be charged with the crime, but according to detectives, he was in court Wednesday for a probable cause hearing.
Police are withholding his name until he is formally charged.
He is accused of shooting 20-year-old William Roby, Jr., to death Sunday evening somewhere along the 3000 block of Ash Street. He turned himself in for the crime on March 18.
