From the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department:
LITTLE ROCK (3-21) - Maintenance work on the Kerr Road overpass will require temporary lane closures next week on Interstate 40 in Lonoke County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The work will require the eastbound outside lane of Interstate 40 to be closed between mile markers 163 and 165, west of Lonoke. The closures will be Monday, March 25th through Tuesday, March 26st, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
The project will also require the westbound inside lane of Interstate 40 to be closed between mile markers 163 and 167, west of Lonoke. The closures will be Wednesday, March 27th through Thursday, March 28th, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
