LITTLE ROCK, AR (KTHV) - A Little Rock man has been charged with three counts of a terroristic act in the shooting of two people that happened last month. Alfonzo Curtis Cleveland appeared in Little Rock District Court on Friday and plead not guilty to all charges.
On March 30th, Corey Waters Sr. was driving in the 1900 block of West 12th street, with his 17-year-old son and his girlfriend when a car with three people pulled up next to them and being shooting.
According to the police report Waters' son identified Alfonzo Curtis Cleveland as the shooter. Waters' son was not hurt and drove his father and Lyncolin Davis to Arkansas Children's Hospital. Waters Sr was shot in the side and Davis in the head. No updates on their condition at this time.
Cleveland's bond was set at $250,000 and if he makes bond he will have to wear a ankle monitor.
