LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Remember when most of us were young, every night, our parents made dinner, and we sat down around the table with our family to eat. Now days, with hectic schedules, it's probably more the exception than the rule.
But JoBeth McElhanon says we really should try to get back to that. She's a registered dietician and also works with Centers for Youth and families.
