LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- After years of proclaiming his innocence in the cycling world, we all now know the truth. Lance Armstrong sat down with Oprah Thursday night, admitting for the first time that he used performance enhancing drugs. Earlier Thursday, the International Olympic Committee Stripped him of his 2000 Bronze Medal
Members of the cycling community gathered at Vino's in Little Rock watch the interview where the cyclist talked about using performance enhancing drugs (PEDS), and the people THV 11 talked to were disappointed
"He's a liar. I think Lance Armstrong raced in an era where doping was something everyone was doing, but it doesn't make it right to lie about it," said Richard Machycek.
Richard Machycek owns Arkansas Cycling and Fitness. He also said he thinks Lance would have been better off to come clean years ago.
