Super Snack Week Day 1: Rob makes Hot Hog Dip
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – It’s the thing we've all been waiting for: it’s time for Super Snack Week!
We want your recipes for the big game coming up this weekend. They can be anything from family traditions or regional delicacies.
The first dish was submitted by viewer Chris Davis. He says he got the recipe out of a magazine a few years back. The THV11 This Morning crew gave it two thumbs up!

Hot ‘Hog’ Dip
-2 pounds ground beef
-2 packs boil-in white rice
-2 cans Rotel mild, drained
-1 cup BBQ sauce
-1 cup hot salsa
-2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
-½ tsp Rosemary
Instructions: Cook rice. Brown beef, drain, reduce to low and add ingredients. Drain rice and add to skillet. Serve with tortilla chips.
