Arsonist sentenced to 15 years in prison for starting fire at Conway apartment complex

David Hartsell, 52, is sentenced to 180 months' imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, and has to pay $378,541 in restitution.

CONWAY, Ark. — According to the Office of the U.S. Attorney, 52-year-old David Hartsell has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after admitting to starting a fire at a Conway apartment complex.

The fire began on February 27, 2017, destroying Germantown's 12-unit apartment complex and injured several people.
