CONWAY, Ark. — According to the Office of the U.S. Attorney, 52-year-old David Hartsell has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after admitting to starting a fire at a Conway apartment complex.
The fire began on February 27, 2017, destroying Germantown's 12-unit apartment complex and injured several people.
Hartsell is sentenced to 180 months' imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, and has to pay $378,541 in restitution.
