LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A conversation on Craigslist that led to federal charges for one central Arkansas man.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, on Thursday 56-year-old David Allan Frazier was indicted on charges of “Attempted Enticement of a Minor" which carries a penalty of no less than 10 years to life.

A second complaint issued last week alleged attempted production of child pornography and possession of child pornography which carries a penalty of no less than 15 years in prison.

The complaint said, "law enforcement became aware of Frazier when he posted an ad on Craigslist that was answered by a third party. During a conversation with Frazier, the third party became concerned when Frazier expressed an interest in having sex with a 7-year-old."

That person told police, who then started communicating with Frazier undercover. During that time, Frazier expressed an interest in having sex with the decoy's 8-year-old daughter, as well as ways he could make the child more comfortable, and things he wanted to do sexually with the 8-year-old.

Law enforcement received a search warrant and found thousands of pornographic images, including videos containing child porn on Frazier’s hard drive that was at his place of employment, Community Bakery.

Additional court dates have not been released at this time.
