LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The Jacksonville District Court and Little Rock District Court are both holding Amnesty Month during the month of February.
Jacksonville District Court is located at 1400 W. Main Street. Rita F. Bailey is the District Judge who will be hosting Amnesty Month beginning Friday, February 2, 2018.
It starts at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 12:00 p.m. and each Friday during the month of February.
Individuals who have Outstanding Misdemeanor Warrants will qualify. Each person must provide photo identification, current address, and phone number. You’re asked to bring money to pay on or pay the balance of past due fines.

Little Rock District Court is located at 600 W. Markham Street. Their Amnesty Program runs from February 1 through 28. Appear on the following without fear of being arrested:
- Failure to pay
- Failure to comply
- Failure to appear
Those who take advantage of the program will have outstanding warrants recalled with no additional fines, costs, or penalties added to the balance.
You must report between 8 to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
