LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A Little Rock man has been arrested after a family member said he's been sexually assaulting her for years.
The man has been identified as 67-year-old Donald Caple.
The 11-year-old girl went to her school counselor and said that Caple had been having sexual contact with her since she was in the first grade. The girl also told police that every time he came over to babysit her, he would her breasts, grope her and perform oral sex on her.
In the police report, she also stated when she tried to tell him no, he would become angry.
The mother was concerned for the child's safety and requested an order of protection for her daughter. Caple was arrested on March 20. He's facing rape charges and is being held in the Pulaski County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
