LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – A Little Rock man died Thursday after being shot multiple times at the Eagle Nest apartment complex on Falcon Court.

Police responded to the apartment complex around 7:50 p.m. and located 23-year-old Devon Howard inside an apartment with an apparent gunshot wound. Medical personnel responded and pronounced him deceased.
