NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Three men allegedly carjacked a woman in North Little Rock while she was picking up her husband from work.

The victim whose identity we are not releasing explains that in a matter of minutes, the men pointed a gun at her then drove away with her car outside Home Depot where her husband works.

"I just wanted away. I didn’t want my kids to grow up without a mom," said the woman.

The victim told police she was parked in front of the entrance, alongside the curb, with the windows down and the car turned off. First, the victim told us that a young man approached asking to borrow her phone. "The guy who asked to use my phone he was shaking and scared," she said. Then, another man came up to her door with a gun.

"He said I’m not scared to use the gun, I will shoot you, the guns about a foot from my face," she said. “I didn’t know what to do. I had to get them away from me so I chunked the keys as hard as I could and as they got distracted cause the keys went flying. I took off running. I started banging on the Home Depot door."

She then witnessed a third man approach. They all jumped in the car and took off in her 2016 Red Kia Sorento. She believes they were all between 16 and 20 years old.

"I want people to be aware. Watch your surroundings. I don’t want it to happen to anybody else," she said.

North Little Rock Police don't have any suspects. They did request surveillance video from Home Depot and issued a BOLO for the vehicle which was located on Monday afternoon in Rose City.
