LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) -- A 1-year-old was found walking on State Highway 319 alone Wednesday morning.

The Lonoke County Sheriff's Department received a call around 7 Wednesday morning about a child walking along State Highway 319 at Champlin Road with two dogs. The child was only wearing a diaper when found by police.

A name and number was found on the collar of the dog. The name and number returned to an address on Champlin Road. Police tried to take the child to the home, but no one answered the door.

Police then entered the home where they found 24-year-old Lindsey Moody asleep in a bedroom. She woke up after "repeated attempts of shaking" her. As she was getting up, police saw a glass smoking device and a white powdery substance that police believe to be Methamphetamine.

Moody was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a minor 1st degree. The child is in the custody of the Department of Human Services.
