LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (December 6, 2017) — Arkansas Heart Hospital was recently ranked as the Best Hospital in Arkansas for Nurses by Nurse.org, the leading career site for nurses.
Nurse.org analyzed over 735 surveys of nurses from more than 70 hospitals in Arkansas to rank the best hospitals to work for in the state of Arkansas. Reviewers cited flexible work schedule, friendly coworkers, competitive pay and patient satisfaction as the basis for the 4.7-star rating with 100 percent of the nurses surveyed recommending Arkansas Heart Hospital as an employer.
“We’re incredibly honored to be named the best hospital in Arkansas for nurses,” said Andrea Nelson, chief clinical officer at Arkansas Heart Hospital. “Our organization is family oriented; built on a culture of teamwork and innovation. Our staff is dedicated and passionate about providing extraordinary care to our friends and families.”
The ranking order is based on the average rating and the percent of nurses who would recommend their hospital during a survey period from 2015-17.
Nurse.org was launched in 2015 as a hospital review community built by nurses for nurses. Since then it has become one of the fastest growing websites for nurses adding career guides, a job board and salary information. Our mission is to help all nurses take the next step in their nursing career.
