HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - The Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival will be doing the time warp once again, bringing back an early tradition of the festival. The screening will be hosted by Golden Globe winning actor Barry Bostwick.

Bostwick is best known for his role as Brad Majors in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and portraying Danny Zuko on the stage version of "Grease". The film became a cult classic during the '70s with midnight showings which turned into a national phenomenon that still continues some 40-years later.

When the festival began in 1992 the program would always feature a showing of the cult film. The Central Theater will host the raucus screening on Friday, October 14. No word yet if the festival will provide party favors.

The film festival will celebrate its 25th anniversary from October 7th through the 15th. Actor Ed Asner will host a screening of "My Friend Ed" on the closing night, October 15. "My Friend Ed" was directed by Sharon Baker.

Festival programmers are hoping to make the 25th iteration of the festival an unforgettable ten days much like the performances of Tim Curry, Barry Bostwick, Richard O'Brien and Susan Sarandon.
