HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Acclaimed filmmaker and documentarian Werner Herzog will be coming to Arkansas in October to be a part of the 26th annual Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival.
Herzog, who is known for his interesting and entertaining explanations of everyday life, will undoubtedly be the price admission but the festival has received a total of 1,179 documentary submissions.
That number will be whittled down to show some of the best and brightest documentaries from across the world.
Currently, there is no word which film if any Herzog will bring to the festival, but he is sure to deliver an engaging and thought provoking discussion.
The Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival will take place from October 6 until October 15. Festival organizers say there will be more prominent attendees to be announced in the coming weeks.
