NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted for a shooting in North Little Rock that happened earlier this month.

28-year-old Felton Duncan was arrested for first degree murder in the April 6th shooting on McArthur. Police said Duncan was fighting with his girlfriend when someone from her family showed up.

That's when he shot and killed Rodney Austin.

Karen Kimbrough was arrested for hindering apprehension charges.

Duncan also faces charges of terroristic act and possession of a firearm.
