LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A suspected murderer who has been on the run for nearly two months could soon be arrested.

The U.S. Marshall’s Office told THV11 on Monday that 32-year-old Curtis Dorsey was found in El Paso, Texas earlier this month, but ran from police and crossed the border into Juarez, Mexico.

The Marshall’s Office says they know Dorsey's location and they're working on arrest and extradition papers now.

Dorsey is accused in the Labor Day murder of 35-year-old Sharniece Hughes.

Stay with THV11 and for more details as they become available.
