UPDATE-- The 5-year-old who was reported missing Tuesday was found on Wednesday, but police are still looking for his mother. Benton police have a tip to where she may be located, but visual contact has yet to be made.
ORIGINAL-- The Benton Police Department, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, are searching for missing 5-year-old Cashius Manriquez and his 32-year-old mother Allison Hunt. Both are from Benton.
Police say Manriquez was last seen nine days ago at school and Hunt was last seen Saturday by a family friend. The family friend stated that Hunt was not acting like herself.
Benton police say Manriquez is described as a white male, approximately 3 feet, six inches tall and weighing 43 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and silver caps on his front teeth.
Police describe Hunt as a white female, approximately 5 feet tall, weighing 94 pounds, with blonde/brown hair, possibly shoulder length, and brown eyes.
