LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The Little Rock Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
The family of 35-year-old Kelvin Taylor told police he had last been seen on Friday, Feb. 2.
Taylor is described as 5-feet-11-inches tall and 320 pounds. His last known address was on East 7th Street in Little Rock.
