Missing 9-year-old Fayetteville boy has been found safe

UPDATE: Jeremiah has been located and is safe.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Arkansas State Police has issued a missing/endangered child alert for 9-year-old Jeremiah Lee Williams.

Williams is from Fayetteville, Ark. He was last seen at 2657 E. Kantz Drive around 12:50 p.m. on Saturday, February 24. He is believed to be with his non-custodial parent, LaCarol Williams, who was seen putting Jeremiah into a maroon 2007 Honda Odyssey that afternoon.

LaCarol Williams has three vehicles; 2007 Maroon Honda Odyssey with tags reading 232 XJN; a 2002 red Mercedes C23 with tags reading 045 VWK; and a 1997 red Isuzu Rodeo with tags reading 103 WYT.

Police said they could be in route to the Little Rock area. Jeremiah is described as 4’9”, 80 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a navy-blue T-shirt, white gym shorts, and a black Atlanta Falcons hat.
