LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – UPDATE-- Stephen Kelly has been located safely by police.
ORIGINAL-- The Little Rock Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
37-year-old Stephen Kelly was last heard from by his family on Friday, March 2 around 9 a.m.
Kelly is described at 6’4 and 240 pounds. His last known address was on Legacy Circle in Little Rock.
