UPDATE: Talley has been found safe in Washington state. Two people are under arrest and charged with kidnapping.

ORIGINAL: BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. - The Mississippi County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating 18-year-old Ashton Talley.
Tailey has special needs and is autistic. She was last seen in her house along highway 312 south at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 16.
Her phone activity shows she received a text message from a WA. number at 3:16 a.m. on Feb. 17; she responded to the text at 3:17 a.m. and was discovered missing at 3:50 a.m.
Tailey is 5'2'', 132 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a navy blue or gray hoodie with a black or gray Lynryd Skynyrd t-shirt. She had on pink and blue striped shorts and white tennis shoes.
