PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a man has been stabbed to death by a friend when a day of fishing ended in an argument at the suspect's home.
Jefferson County deputies say 47-year-old Tommy Tumlin was found dead Sunday inside the home near Pine Bluff.
The sheriff's office says Tumlin and the friend, later identified as 47-year-old Vincent Hooper spent Saturday fishing and drinking, and when they returned to the Hooper's home the man and his wife argued.
Authorities say Tumlin intervened and the wife left the home, then after an argument, Hooper reportedly stabbed Tumlin.
Hooper was arrested on a first-degree murder warrant and is being held without bond pending an initial court appearance.
