LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Voters spoke last November on the issue of medical marijuana. The legislature is working to get it in place.

Now the public has a chance to speak again. Starting tomorrow, the final draft rules covering how facilities will operate in the state will be published in local newspapers. That means the formal "public comment" period is open.

The Alcohol Beverage Control board oversees those rules and they are in charge of fielding the comments. The public can send letters both snail mail and e-mail to the ABC.

There is a public hearing before the medical marijuana commission coming up March 31 in Little Rock.
