BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- An investigation into multiple reports of counterfeit money being passed to local businesses led to two arrests at a Benton home.
Police arrested 27-year-old Franklin Hill and 27-year-old Kayla Skinner at a home on Cary Drive after officers found counterfeit money and items used to print counterfeit money.
They also found firearms and what they believe to be drugs.
Hill faces charges of first degree forgery, criminal possession of forgery device, possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with purpose to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime, manufacturing of Schedule VI controlled substance and second degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
Skinner faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing of Schedule VI controlled substance, and second degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
They were both transported to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office. Hill is being held on a $100,000 bond and Skinner was released on a $10,000 bond.
