LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) –Little Rock police are investigating the city’s first homicide of the year.

Officers found a man shot on Sunday night on MLK Drive between 33rd and 34th streets.

The victim, 20-year-old Marshon Jackson, was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Three men were taken into custody and questioned, but only two were charged. 18-year-old Jerico Mosley of was charged with two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle and 41-year-old Michael Brown was charged on warrants out of Pulaski County. Both were transported to the Pulaski County Jail.

Police say they are investigating six different crime scenes and are questioning several persons of interest.
