LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The two people charged with the murder of Todd Sieber at an auto detail shop in November appeared in court Monday.
Both Corey Williams Junior and Alundra Hampton entered no guilty pleas to the alleged capital murder charges. The Little Rock Police Department said Hampton killed Sieber when she supposedly stormed into the Hines Auto Detail shop attempting to rob the business.
According to police, Sieber allegedly pulled his own gun in self-defense during the incident, but never fired it. Williams is being charged as an accomplice to the murder.
Sieber's wife, Cynthia Sieber, said she's not asking prosecutors to seek the death penalty.
"I know people that have got it and they're still fighting for it for 25 years later and I don't want my family going through this in 25 years," she said.
Williams' lawyers are asking for a mental evaluation, which the judged ordered to be completed by September. Hampton is due back in court on June 19 for a bond hearing.
