LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- New information emerged Monday after a court appearance for the three teens charged with killing a 17-year-old Sylvan Hills student.

One of the three will have his case moved to juvenile court where he will plead guilty to robbing Bryan Thompson last April. His name has been removed from this story due to this update.

The two others, Quincy Parks and Xavier Porter, will head to trial next year. They're charged with capital murder.

Police found Thompson dead inside a parked car at the Bill Harmon Recreation Center back in April.

A pre-trial hearing for Quincy Parks was set for December 5 and a trial date was set for February 7.

Stay with THV11 and for more details as they become available.
