SEARCY, Ark (THV11): "We're excited. You look out there and you see a big group of seniors that you're excited about because they've already played on Friday nights. I'm just constantly thinking about about schemes and how we can get better and stuff. I'm just so excited, it can't get here soon enough. I know we have a long ways to go but we're excited," proclaims Lions' Head Coach Mark Kelley.

It's now day six of our Preps on 11 previews and today it's about the Searcy Lions.

They're a team coming off a 7-5 record, just like the Razorbacks.

As the Hogs are trying to reach the top half of the SEC West, the Lions are striving for the top half of the 6A East.

In Fayetteville it's Austin Allen while in Searcy it's all-league QB Mason Schucker.

"He came to us last year. He's a physical specimen that's for sure. He can throw the ball, he's tall. He knows the way and he's come a long way in terms of our offense and what we want to do with him. I expect huge things from him. Just very glad he's with us and excited for the fall."
