LeAnn Beckwith loves her collection of almost 900 snowmen.

They come in all sizes. And each one sports a carrot nose, perhaps one of the reasons there are so many snowmen here
"Eight to ten years that I've been collecting them like I'm doing now, "But what LeAnn Beckwith has going in her Sherwood home is much more than just a collection.
Some might say it borders on obsession
"I love them, " says LeAnn. "They're so cute and cuddly. I just like 'em."
The number is somewhere around 900. There are snowmen musicians, and snowmen cowboy fans, and even one who plays a saxophone.
But there are no snowmen census workers. LeAnn says she'll probably have more than a thousand by the time this Christmas is over.
LeAnn says, "When I first started it didn't matter. Just any snowman I would buy. It didn't matter what kind or what. But now I'm mainly more into like the little stuffed animals. But I can see a snowman from a mile away."
There a rapping snowman, there's a dancing snowman, there's even a snowman that fascinates the cat.
Husband Rick says he enjoys his wife's hobby...now.
Rick says, "A hundreds or two hundred of them it just really started taking off. And we would go shopping and I mean, as soon as we walked in the store it was like radar you know. And it was like there they are!"
There's a set of military snowmen, cooking snowmen, even a snowman on a rope
And apart from the carrot nose, they all share a similar feature
LeAnn says, "Just about every one of them are smiling. So it puts a smile on your face and makes me feel happy."
And you never can smile too much.
