LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Christmas time is all about spreading holiday cheer, and at Arkansas Children's Hospital, a 14-year-old teenager from Bentonville went above and beyond that.
Inspired by her sister, Aspen Courtney wanted to make sure many others had a Christmas they deserved.
