LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - An Arkansas hedgehog overcomes adversity, all thanks to an organization devoting itself to the rescue of these spiny mammals.

The Arkansas Hedgehog Rescue serves the state and parts of bordering states. Recently, the rescue organizationgot a jolt of fame after a group calledHooplaHa made an inspirational video featuring Kayak, a young hedgehog who was too weak to walk, according tothe video site, but after being cared for by volunteers, he's back on his feet, stealing hearts with his cuteness.

Kayak lives with PJ Mattus in Little Rock and when THV11 asked why she thinks the HooplaHa video is so popular, she answered, "Rescue videos tug at the heart strings... And he's adorable!"

Get this. He evenrides a skateboard, and sometimes, wears a cape.

"Kayak has taught me never to get up, and if you fall... Fall with enthusiasm," Mattus said in the video.
