1/3 lb. 80 percent lean ground beef
tbsp. chopped onion
tsp. chopped jalapenos
tsp. or more of Dale's Seasoning
garlic powder & cavenders seasoning to taste
Roll meat into separte pattys. Put all ingredients on the center of the patty and fold the meat around the other ingredients. Place onto grill for 7 minutes on each side or until the pink is gone.
