Seven-Layer Dip (Serve with Tortillas)
INGREDIENTS
Refried Beans, canned
2 cups of Sour Cream, divided
½ Taco Seasoning Packet
Shredded Cheese
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped Tomato, drained
3 cups of Salsa, divided
Black Olives, optional
Sliced Jalapenos, drained
Guacamole, optional
DIRECTIONS
Spread Refried Beans around on large platter. Top with a layer of Sour Cream, sprinkle taco seasoning across the sour cream, guacamole, and top with 1 cup of the salsa, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Then add a thick layer of shredded cheese, black olives, and jalapenos. Add your remaining cup of sour cream into a Ziploc bag, squeeze to one corner, snip just a tiny piece of the corner with shears. Squeeze the sour cream back and forth across the top in a grid pattern for added flair.
