Talk about luxury redefined.
A professional-grade video ad for a 1999 Holden Barina hatchback features dramatic music, a revving engine, slick highway shots and flames bursting from behind the tires.
The 15-year-old car features "matching seats," is "very reliable" and has always been garaged, according to the ad, which was posted on YouTube on Sunday and now has more than 737,000 views.
The Barina belongs to David Johns, digital director with Australian ad agency Chimney.
"There's so much competition for selling used cars I wanted to do something clever," Johns told News.com.au.
They can also tweet offers at #BuyMyBarina.
Some of the Twitter bids include $50, a beer and, one tweeter wrote, "40 gallons of unicorn tears, a basket of space kittens, one partially eaten Slim Jim, plus all the change in my sofa."
