Toad Suck Daze and Museum of Discovery announce partnership

Toad Suck Daze and the Museum of Discovery are joining forces this year to enhance STEM education in central Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- For almost four decades, Toad Suck Daze has invested in the education of students in Faulkner County.

Now, the festival is expanding that mission with a little help from a staple of downtown Little Rock.

Toad Suck Daze and the Museum of Discovery are joining forces this year to enhance STEM education in central Arkansas.

"Toad Suck Tinkerfest" will benefit more than two dozen elementary schools in seven counties through the museum’s Discovery Network which provides tinkering kits for the schools and training for the teachers.

In May, students will have the opportunity to participate in an open-to-the-public Tinkerfest at Toad Suck Daze in downtown Conway.

This year's festival begins on Friday, May 4.
