List: Food pantries, churches serving Thanksgiving Day meals

THV11 compiled a list of places in central Arkansas that will be serving or donating meals during the week of Thanksgiving.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Each year, many local churches and food pantries provide Thanksgiving meals for Arkansans who need them.

THV11 compiled a list of places in central Arkansas that will be serving or donating meals during the week of Thanksgiving.

Arkansas Dream Center ThankSERVING will be delivering 600 meals on Thanksgiving Day in Cabot, Conway, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Heber Springs, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Russellville and Searcy.

Jericho Way will be serving meals from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

Little Rock Compassion Center will be serving meals on Thanksgiving from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. as well as taking food baskets to the homebound or ill.

The Salvation Army will provide meals at the 1111 West Markham location on November 23 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Union Rescue Mission will be serving meals from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Visitor’s Chapel Food Pantry in Hot Springs will be providing meals on Thanksgiving Day from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Watershed Family Resource Center will be serving meals from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Call 501-378-0176 for more information.

Wesley UMC in Conway will prepare a Thanksgiving dinner for members, neighbors and clients of the Bread Basket from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
