New obstacle course takes you through the trees of Hot Springs

Adventureworks has been home to a zip lining course for four years and decided to build this new aerial course last year to bring a unique experience to Hot Springs.

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - A new obstacle course will take you through the trees of the spa city. Adventureworks in Hot Springs opened a new aerial trekking this week.

It's 45 feet up in the air and will take you through 16 climbing elements, including floating stumps, rope swings and a rock wall. If you're afraid of heights, don't worry. You're strapped in so even if you fall, a harness will keep you afloat.

Adventureworks has been home to a zip lining course for four years and decided to build this new aerial course last year to bring a unique experience to Hot Springs.

"What makes us unique is we're outside we're in the elements we're in the tree line," said Jacob Freeman, manager at Adventureworks.

The course is for ages eight and up. You can schedule your visit now for $45.
