Teenager charged with capital murder after shooting Stuttgart man

A Stuttgart family is mourning the death of a loved one. 20-year old Daniel Ruffin died Thursday morning after being shot in the chest. Ruffin was walking his dog on 13th and South Maple Street in Stuttgart Tuesday evening.
