Police say they have identified the 25-year-old man as David Davidson. He was discovered on the 100 block of Prospect unresponsive. A witness at the scene told police that Michael Castleberry Jr., 29, had been in an altercation with the victim and had fled the area afterward. Officers found Castleberry 10 minutes later where he was arrested.

Davidson died after being transported to National Park Medical Center. The extent of his injuries is not known at this time.

Castleberry is being charged with 2nd degree murder and is being held at the Garland County Detention Center with no bond.
