JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) -- Police have arrested a Jacksonville man Wednesday after he tried to flee his residence when police performed a search warrant at a house on Vaun Street.
Brandon Moragne, 23, was arrested after he tried to run from police when they found over a pound of marijuana, a small amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his home.
Moragne was charged with a number of offenses, including: delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug premise, possession of drug paraphernalia use of a communication device to facilitate a felony, fleeing and resisting arrest.
