Internet cafe wants computer games certified not gambling

    NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A North Little Rock Internet café is asking a Pulaski County circuit judge to certify that the business's computer games operation, which awards cash prizes is not illegal.

    Cancun Cyber café is asking Judge Chris Piazza to label the games going on inside the café legal.

    Just recently, another internet cafe, Lucky's Internet Café on University, was searched after police got reports of the café running a gambling house. Police seized 101 computers and monitors from the business.

    They filed a complaint on the 20th against the Prosecuting Attorney and Chief of Police.
