PINE BLUFF, Ark (KTHV) The Governor Mike Huckabee Delta River Nature Center showcases the state's amazing wildlife. Along with the rattle snacks, fish, and interactive exhibits, the center sits on 130 acres of land, so you can go on a nature walk.
It is also home the state's largest aquarium.
"It is 22,000 gallons and split up into a larger tank and smaller tank on to the side, and it is all native fish that comes from the Arkansas River," says Facility Director Eric Maynard.
Like many of the museums in Pine Bluff, it is also free. It's opened Monday to Saturday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
